Dana Ritchie, of PaladinID, came to us unsure of what to do with his website. It was set up as a store, but wasn’t selling anything. What he REALLY wanted was new long term clients so we came up with a strategy to change his website.
We converted the homepage from a store to a marketing piece focusing on the client himself, personally. The company has always been personality driven, and this aligned the website with the philosophy of the rest of the company.
